Yes it was. Spent the day out at Starbucks with good coffee, blueberry muffin and wind on my face. It was a windy day today. I just sat there enjoying the breeze as I made final amendments to my CV and got it sent over through email. I hope to get a response soon. The perks are pretty attractive though. Plus, you can make a career out of this job.
Anyways, spending time with my ex was pretty fun. It was a happy occasion. We caught up with a lot of things and laughed a lot only to realise we forgot to did some amendments to my CV which was already sent. Imagine the horror on our faces. But nevertheless, it was still well written and hopefully it is accepted.
We had dinner after that, but not before stopping by the 5th floor to pick up her laundry. What I didn’t anticipate was that this laundry shop was also selling accessories for ladies. So, as I thought, she is going to shop. She came to me with different kinds of colors on a certain accessory, asking for my opinion. There were like 3 shades she liked. I stood there waiting, carrying my bag and hers. It wasn’t as bad as it sounds, I did look around the mall standing there. Anyway, she finally bought two of the 3 colors. By that time I was pretty much hungry. But patience is perseverance, because food always tastes nice when you are darn hungry.
So it was. We ate at Sakura. Had some beef fried rice, lemon chicken and ermm… some mix vegetables, can’t recall what it was called. It was a lovely meal and a filled man is a happy man. So my mood turned out better. We conversed and enjoyed every bite of our food.
After all that, I sent her home. Overall it was a happy day. Happie happy.
heeeeey… We spend less than 10 mins at the shop… No complaining allowed
I used up my lunch hour to review your resume mis-tah! I had a really good day too.
